How to apply to the Graduate Program of X-LaPPLAs
Submit an application to Department of Physics at UNIST, during the regular recruiting period (October and March every year), with designating the ‘desired supervisor’ to either Prof. Hur or Prof. Nam. Regardless of the professor to whom they are initially admitted, students are free to choose their research path in either theory or experiment.

Open Positions
We are seeking highly motivated postdoctoral researchers, graduate students (M.S. and Ph.D. programs), and undergraduate research interns.
For undergraduate interns, monthly research scholarships are available, and the duration of the internship can be arranged flexibly.
Students may participate in either theoretical or experimental research.For graduate students, we provide opportunities to experience theory, simulation, and experiment before choosing a specific research direction.
Our group offers extensive support for domestic and international conference participation, internships at overseas partner institutions, and collaborative research opportunities.
We also provide a comprehensive and structured training program spanning theory, simulation, and experiment.Undergraduate internship positions are open year-round, with strong support for academic activities, including conference experiences and research-related funding.We welcome enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who are eager to take on the challenges of innovative research.
